✓Prospects, qualifies and closes new accounts, new Retailers, Builders, Developers, and communities.

✓Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.

✓Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.

✓Demonstrates products with ability to feature benefit.

✓Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability, construction etc.

✓Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.

✓Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.

✓Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

✓Must qualify prospective customers to get them approved by corporate credit.

✓Must be motivated and be able to effectively lead

✓Must be able to provide a high level of customer service

✓Must have strong interpersonal skills

✓Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance

✓Must have knowledge and interest in the building industry

✓Must have strong attention to detail

✓Must live the Champion Operating Principles

✓Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

✓Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office

✓Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired

✓Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
