About the Role
As our Amazon Account Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact with client decision-makers, maintains the current scope and expands wallet share by offering additional services.
 
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities of the Role)
 
·         Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
·         Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
·         Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
·         Assist franchise partners with technical requirements to be properly onboarded in client systems
·         Audit franchise partner compliance with client-mandated systems
·         Create and maintain franchise partner KPIs, ensuring client expectations are being met at each participating location. 
·         Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical.
·         Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
·         Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
·         Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
·         Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
·         Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
·         Accumulate, produce and present quarterly service and volume reports to assigned accounts.
·         Coordinating pricing efforts for special projects or expanded scope.
 
What You Bring (Experience Needed for the Role)
 
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Highly customer service-oriented
·         Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize throughout the workday
·         Ability to multitask and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·         Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
·         Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
·         Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
·         Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
·         Ability to lead large client meetings
·         Minimal travel required
