Assistant General Manager

A rapidly growing, multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue. This role supports daily operations across food, beverage, guest experience, and large-scale events.

• →Support overall venue operations and guest service standards
• →Lead, train, and develop hourly + supervisor-level teams
• →Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls
• →Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards
• →Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand expectations
• →Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics
• →Use restaurant management systems (POS, scheduling, reporting, etc.)

• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, accounting)
• Experience supporting a concept that blends restaurant service + entertainment + events
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments
• Bilingual a plus
