• →Help riders find their dream setup by sharing your expertise in boards, boots, and bindings
• →Dial in the perfect boot fit so riders are comfortable, supported, and ready to ride all day
• →Keep the shop organized with fresh merchandising and clean displays
• →Help track and manage inventory so the shop stays well-stocked
• →Other duties as may be assigned

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)

$18-$21/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
