As an AI Solutions Consultant, you’re the trusted advisor customers turn to when they want to get more out of ChurnZero. You uncover where customers are looking to solve new challenges, show them how our solutions — led by our AI products and spanning the wider portfolio — can solve them, and build the recommendation that gets them there. You work closely with our Customer Success Managers, who own the relationship and close the deal, so your focus remains on diagnosis, fit, and presenting a compelling case for value.

Job Title: AI Solutions Consultant
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Vice President, Customer Success
Location: Remote, US-based

Target Annual Base Salary: $90,000 to $92,000
Target Annual OTE Range: $105 K to $110 K

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and CSMs to surface high-potential accounts and turn interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Lead consultative discovery that uncovers and quantifies each customer's pain, priorities, and desired outcomes.

  • Match the right solution across our portfolio — AI, Professional Services, and Reseller — and run demos that tie capability directly to the customer's pain.

  • Build and present tailored proposals that turn that fit into a compelling, ROI-backed business case.

  • Package fully qualified, well-documented opportunities for the CSM to close, with a seamless handoff for the customer.

  • Channel frontline customer and market insight back to Marketing and Product to sharpen our go-to-market.

  • 3+ years in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role — customer success or solutions engineering.

  • Experience with CSPs (strong preference for ChurnZero) and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)

  • Trained in or fluent with the Sandler sales methodology (or a comparable).

  • Strong discovery skills and a confident, engaging product demo style.

  • Proven track record of delivering on growth objectives.

  • Able to speak credibly about AI and translate capability into business value; at ease across a multi-product portfolio.

  • A track record of generating and qualifying pipeline across multiple channels and segments.

  • Excellent communicator with both technical and executive audiences.

  • Genuinely curious — you lead with questions, not pitches.

  • A diagnostic listener who finds the real problem beneath the stated one.

  • Collaborative team-focused; you thrive in a shared success model.

  • Self-directed and proactive about creating your own pipeline.

  • Adaptable — you flex naturally across segments, products, and personas.

  • Motivated by customer outcomes and by growth in equal measure.
