You will be our team's first point of contact for a portfolio of named SI partners. You will help develop and accelerate these partnerships through partnership planning, practice development, partnership promotion, pipeline management and governance. You will report to the SI Leader for Managed Elite Portfolios.

Responsibilities

~1 min read- Partnership Development: experience with SI partnership management, including a successful track record of fast paced growth with SI partners
- Portfolio Management & Planning: balancing priorities within a portfolio of relationships to optimize outcomes
- Working as a Team: the ability to work across teams to drive outcomes, including account teams, sales leaders, sales solution architects, delivery leaders, enablement leaders, cloud specialists, field marketing and operations
- Execution Readiness: support practice and skills development for SI Partners with a balanced approach to enablement programs, differentiated asset & offering development, internal promotion, marketing activities and delivery excellence
- Good Governance: work with each partner to ensure the right governance is in place with each relationship, including agreements, executive relationships, processes and meeting cadence
5+ years of experience in partner management / partnership development at a top technology or other market leading company
