We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth in Colombia. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, combining structured outbound prospecting with deep qualification and consultative selling.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities
~1 min readWe're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth in Colombia. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, combining structured outbound prospecting with deep qualification and consultative selling. Your work will directly impact Clara’s growth by identifying the right prospects, forecasting outcomes, and coordinating across internal teams to close deals that matter.
You’ll take full ownership of the commercial process—from research and segmentation to negotiation and close—while ensuring Clara delivers measurable value to every new customer.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Requirements

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution

5+ years of sales experience, ideally in inbound or outbound high-volume environments

Track record of exceeding goals across TPV, credit lines, and customer acquisition

Mastery of Hubspot or equivalent CRM software; meticulous pipeline management

Familiarity with BANT qualification and KPIs like DSLA, meetings per week, and activity per deal

Proficiency with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scriabin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Sales Insight

Outstanding communication, research, and deal-structuring skills

What We Offer
