Responsibilities
~1 min readWe're looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Bogotá by owning the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients. You’ll represent Clara at the frontlines of client relationships—building trust with decision-makers, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. Your work will be central to positioning Clara as the #1 spend management solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.
In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.

Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.

Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses to uncover opportunities.

Execute tailored sales and marketing plans with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.

Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.

Engage in strategic conversations with CFOs and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and ERP system integrations.

Balance FARMER and HUNTER skills—ensuring long-term value for existing clients while prospecting and closing new opportunities in the region.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within a B2B model

Experience onboarding and growing relationships with enterprise clients

Strong analytical mindset and comfort with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and portfolio analysis

Professional proficiency in English and full fluency in Spanish

Structured thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and focuses on outcomes

Based in Bogota, with knowledge of the local business landscape

What We Offer

This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
