Commercial Cleaning Crew Member

Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring Commercial Cleaning Crew Members. Quality keeps our customer's facilities clean, fresh, and safe. Part-time evening shifts available. Members of our crew will perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks at offices and school facilities throughout St. Charles Parish. Responsibilities may include: Maintaining floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing them. Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms. Stocking and filling paper towel, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers. Reporting any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department. Ensuring the facility and grounds are clean, tidy, and orderly. Securing facility by locking windows, doors, and gates. Requirements Good attendance and a great personality. Ability to work as part of a team. Previous custodial and grounds experience preferred. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable squatting, twisting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing maintenance tasks. Possess working knowledge of the methods, techniques, and materials used in custodial work. Ability to climb ladders and work from heights. Valid ID or Driver's License. Benefits Competitive pay starting at $15/hr depending on experience.
