Inside Sales Representative – Warm Leads & Performance Bonuses

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. These are not random cold calls you’ll work with incoming leads, build interest, qualify the opportunity, and schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.

This is a performance-driven position for someone who wants their effort and results to directly influence their income.

* Hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses

Your goal is not simply to book as many appointments as possible. You’ll create quality appointments with homeowners who are informed, prepared, and genuinely interested in taking the next step.

* Contact new homeowner leads by phone and text

* Build rapport and take control of the conversation

* Ask questions to understand the project, needs, and timeline

* Explain what makes Clearwater Shower Bath different

* Overcome hesitation and help homeowners see the value of an in-home consultation

* Qualify each opportunity before scheduling

* Set clear expectations for the appointment

* Confirm that all decision-makers can participate

* Record complete and accurate information in our CRM

* Follow up consistently with homeowners who have not scheduled

* Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and reschedules

* Are persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone

* Enjoy working toward goals and tracking your results

* Are motivated by performance-based earnings

* Can build trust quickly with different personalities

* Know how to listen while still guiding a conversation

* Stay focused and persistent when a homeowner is hesitant

* Take ownership instead of waiting to be reminded

* Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

* Respond well to coaching and want to improve

Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call-center sales, or home improvement is helpful. However, strong communication skills, motivation, and a willingness to learn can be just as valuable.
