• →Lead restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service, food quality, and overall dining experience.

• →Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and service standards.

• →Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support ongoing staff development and engagement.

• →Monitor restaurant performance, provide feedback, and manage employee evaluations.

• →Partner with the Chef to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.

• →Manage beverage programs, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.

• →Support budgeting, sales growth, marketing initiatives, labor management, and revenue generation opportunities.
