About the Role
~1 min read- Proven understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and outbound prospecting strategies
- Experience conducting outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn with a high level of personalization
- Ability to meet or exceed qualified meeting quotas tied to pipeline and revenue goals
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage lead activity and pipeline development
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and relevant industry signals
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product value propositions, including handling objections and competitive positioning
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
