CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Director, Business Development, EMEA to establish and lead our Partner Ecosystem across the region. This is a founding leadership role: you will be CoreWeave’s first dedicated Business Development leader in EMEA, responsible for standing up the region’s partnership strategy, building the team behind it, and shaping how we go to market with top-tier partners across the AI and Cloud ecosystem. You’ll join a high-impact, collaborative partnerships organization that works closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams to build differentiated joint offerings and go-to-market motions.

About the Role

~3 min read

As the first EMEA BD leader, you will build a team from the ground up while forging and leading strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners, with a strong focus on the Data & AI ecosystem. In the early days you’ll operate as a hands-on player-coach — personally landing marquee partnerships — before hiring and scaling the team that will carry them forward. You’ll define joint strategies and integrations, drive co-sell motions, and build scalable, EMEA-tailored programs that accelerate revenue and market expansion across the region’s diverse markets. You’ll work cross-functionally to design and execute quarterly business plans with partners and ensure our joint value proposition is clearly understood and adopted across partner GTM teams throughout EMEA.

This is a greenfield opportunity to define what CoreWeave’s partner ecosystem looks like across EMEA — and to build the team and programs that will scale it.• Stand up CoreWeave’s EMEA BD and Partner Strategy, Program and GTM from the ground up — define the regional partnership vision, priorities, and operating model across infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners.

  • Recruit, build, and lead the EMEA Business Development team — hire and develop top talent, set the culture and ways of working, and scale the organization as the region grows.
  • Build and lead the management of key partnerships across infrastructure, cloud, and ISV partners, defining strategy, go-to-market, product integrations, co-innovation, and joint offerings for EMEA.
  • Work with partners to develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models — localized for EMEA markets — that drive revenue and expand the reach of CoreWeave solutions.
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities to drive co-sell with partners, partnering closely with the field and partner organizations across the region.
  • Proactively build relationships with partner GTM teams in EMEA and educate them on the joint value proposition of CoreWeave and their respective offerings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement innovative partner marketing programs that support regional pipeline and revenue goals across EMEA.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans with partners, including goals, KPIs, and joint activities to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Nurture strong field engagement between CoreWeave teams and partner sales organizations to ensure active co-selling and opportunity sharing.
  • Navigate the realities of a multi-country region — from local partner ecosystems and system integrators to data-residency and sovereignty considerations — building a GTM approach that works across EMEA’s diverse markets.
  • Serve as the visible founding ambassador for CoreWeave within the EMEA partner ecosystem, articulating our differentiation and competitive positioning to senior partner and customer stakeholders.
