The Senior Global Supply Chain Manager – EMEA is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimise cost, service, risk, and sustainability across CoreWeave’s international operations. This is a varied, hands-on role spanning procurement support, logistics coordination, inventory management, and supplier performance across a rapidly growing international portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate country-specific regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and customer requirements across EMEA.
  • Support global procurement and sourcing operations, ensuring cost-effective and reliable material supply across regions.
  • Establish and manage KPIs to measure supply chain performance, risk, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies, including supply chain diversification, dual sourcing, and business continuity planning.
  • Partner with the logistics team to ensure smooth international movements, bringing knowledge of country-specific customs rules, VAT regimes, import requirements, and incoterms to each shipment.
  • Ensure correct incoterms are applied to protect CoreWeave from unnecessary VAT and import duty exposure.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipment movements, partnering closely with Data Centre teams to align on delivery scheduling and factor site-specific challenges into supply chain planning.
  • Oversee inventory management across EMEA, including safety stock, surplus materials, and site transfers.
  • Manage and support supplier and logistics provider relationships, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Track material availability against build timelines, proactively identifying and escalating risks to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the regional supply chain point of contact across engineering, IT, facilities, finance, legal, and global operations.
  • Partner with VAT and finance teams on the correct setup of new international locations, ensuring the right entity structures and tax positions are in place before goods move.
  • Engage with the Capacity team to stay ahead of product mix and deployment model changes, and with DC Operations to co-ordinate delivery timing against site readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in logistics optimisation, supply continuity, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements across documentation standards, ownership matrices, and escalation SLAs.
  • Support the evaluation of tools and reporting solutions for shipment visibility and supply chain analytics.
