Dishwasher

The Dishwasher / Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stewarding areas while supporting the daily operations of our restaurants, banquets, and culinary team.

Key responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment; maintaining clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas; removing trash; sweeping and mopping floors; and ensuring clean supplies are available to the culinary and Food & Beverage teams.

The Dishwasher / Steward will follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures while helping maintain the high cleanliness standards expected of a luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property.

The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Previous restaurant, hotel, kitchen, or stewarding experience is preferred but not required.

This is a physically active position that may require prolonged standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working around hot equipment and wet surfaces.

Schedule flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on hotel business needs.
