Dishwasher / Steward

The Dishwasher / Steward supports the Food & Beverage operation by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all kitchen and service areas. This role ensures that all china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and ready for service, contributing to overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• →Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish room, kitchen areas, and back-of-house spaces
• →Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize china, glassware, and utensils
• →Sort, stack, and properly store cleaned items
• →Clean and maintain dish machines, workstations, and surrounding areas
• →Remove trash and keep waste areas clean and organized
• →Assist with deep cleaning tasks including floors, walls, and service areas
• →Support kitchen team as needed to maintain smooth operations
• →Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Prior experience in a kitchen or stewarding role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic communication skills to follow instructions and interact with team members
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum age: 18+
• Food Handler Certificate required
• Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards, including slip-resistant footwear

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
