As an On-Call Banquet Server, you'll help create the experience that guests remember long after the event is over.
We're looking for energetic, professional, and guest-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in making sure every event looks great and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Set up banquet rooms according to event and supervisor specifications.
- →Prepare tables with linens, serviceware, glassware, and other required items.
- →Attend pre-event roll call meetings to learn important details about each function.
- →Understand guest expectations, hotel expectations, event timelines, and service requirements before each event.
- →Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and sincere attitude.
- →Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and courteously.
- →Serve food and beverages according to the event's service plan and supervisor direction.
- →Maintain consistency in food and beverage service throughout the event.
- →Promptly clear dishes as guests complete each course or when the meal or function concludes.
- →Replenish beverages as needed.
- →Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.
- →Follow all applicable requirements when serving alcoholic beverages.
- →Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the event.
- →Reset banquet rooms after events according to supervisor specifications.
- →Help prepare the space for the next function.
- →Work closely with other banquet and hotel team members to keep events running smoothly.
- →Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
