Spa Manager (Portugese Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a cruise ship spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spa services, leading the spa team, maintaining high guest service standards, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and professionally.

• → Manage the daily operations of the cruise ship spa.
• → Lead, supervise, and motivate spa therapists and staff.
• → Ensure exceptional guest service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• → Monitor spa bookings, treatments, sales, and daily performance.
• → Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• → Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• → Train and support team members to maintain consistent service standards.
• → Manage spa products, equipment, and inventory.
• → Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to guests.
• → Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and shipboard procedures.
• → Prepare reports and communicate departmental performance to management.

• Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a Spa Manager or senior spa management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent guest service and sales abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Ability to work long hours and adapt to life and work at sea.
