We are seeking a Sales Intake Manager to support and elevate our intake process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, brings strong consultative sales instincts, and can help create a smooth and supportive experience for prospective clients from first contact through engagement. This individual will play an important role in strengthening intake operations, improving conversion performance, and helping ensure qualified opportunities are handled with care and consistency.

 

Responsibilities

  • Intake and Lead Management: Manage incoming leads across calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and a high-quality prospective client experience.
  • Screening and Qualification: Gather key case information, assess fit based on internal criteria, and ensure qualified opportunities are routed appropriately and accurately.
  • Consultative Communication: Build trust quickly with prospective clients, explain next steps clearly, address common questions or concerns, and support strong lead-to-engagement conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key intake metrics including response times, contact rates, follow-up activity, and conversions, using data to improve outcomes and maintain accountability.
  • Process Support and Optimization: Help strengthen intake workflows, scripts, qualification standards, and handoff processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and client experience.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, source attribution, and pipeline updates within the CRM, while identifying opportunities for better visibility and stronger follow-through.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with attorneys, legal staff, and marketing to support intake needs, align on qualified matters, and help manage fluctuations in lead volume.

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles, with a track record of success handling inbound leads and driving conversions.
  • Sales Ability: Confidence in managing consultative conversations, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective clients toward informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and represent the firm professionally.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Work Style: High integrity, strong follow-through, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
