Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in Spain and Portugal. You will expand our market presence by engaging enterprise clients in smart cities, logistics hubs, utilities, and industrial digitalization.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales execution and close enterprise deals in Iberia.
  • Develop lead generation strategies adapted to Spain and Portugal.
  • Build client relationships and adapt IoT solutions to local enterprise needs.
  • Deliver presentations and demos in Spanish or Portuguese, and English.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Research local competitors and trends in Iberia.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales with complex solutions.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales in Iberia.
  • Knowledge of IoT, 5G, edge computing solutions.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, and English (mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
