Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Nordic region. You will lead enterprise engagements in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, driving adoption of our IoT solutions in industries such as energy, logistics, and public digitalization initiatives.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the Nordic region. You will lead enterprise engagements in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, driving adoption of our IoT solutions in industries such as energy, logistics, and public digitalization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow enterprise customers in the Nordic markets.
- Lead generation and outreach tailored to local innovation ecosystems.
- Build long-term client relationships with emphasis on energy, utilities, logistics, and municipalities.
- Present IoT solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations and demos in English (Nordic language preferred).
- Provide accurate reporting on pipeline and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Research market trends, government programs, and competitors in the Nordics.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in a technology-driven environment.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of IoT, 5G, edge computing, orchestration solutions.
- Strong technical foundation (engineering, IT, or telecom preferred).
- Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Remote position based in the Nordics.
