We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Small Appliance Salesperson to join our Thomastown store. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our customers find the perfect electrical products to suit their needs. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!

• →Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical products.
• →Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product features to effectively assist customers.
• →Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
• →Store Presentation: Ensure the electrical department is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• →Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and productive store atmosphere.

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical products and technology is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
