Job Description
The Platform/Network/Teleservices Engineering Lead serves as the senior technical leader responsible for overseeing engineering support across platform, network, cloud, and teleservices environments within a complex DoD enterprise. This role provides day-to-day leadership of engineering teams, ensures compliance with DoD, Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC), U.S. Cyber Command, DISA, and Zero Trust cybersecurity requirements, leading major technical initiatives, and delivering engineering support across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
The Lead acts as a senior technical authority, managing engineering operations, guiding solution design, supporting change control processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of all engineering services.

Minimum EducationBachelor’s degree.MA/MS degree preferredMinimum General ExperienceEight (8) years of progressive experience in IT engineering, platform operations, network engineering, or a closely related IT management discipline involving oversight of large, complex, multi-site programs
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent – REQUIREDRelevant commercial certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile, CISSP, CSM) – desiredMust maintain all mandatory certifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen.Selective Service registration required (if applicable).Secret Security Clearance requiredMust maintain fitness and eligibility for national security positions
