Cylinder Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team, sitting within marketing and working in close partnership with sales.
This role is responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting while serving as a key bridge between Marketing and Sales. You will prospect into and engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers, along with benefits consultants and health plan partners, to create new opportunities and provide real-time feedback on messaging and market response.
This is an opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, curious, and excited to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

~1 min read2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans strongly preferred
Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
