Requirements

0 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack or product engineer.
A track record of shipping products or features to real users (strong internships and substantial side projects count for newer grads).
Experience at an organization with a high engineering bar, ideally a venture-backed startup.
A computer science degree from a strong program, with clear evidence of technical excellence.
Full-stack capability, ideally TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend.
Demonstrated ambition and high ownership, shown through ambitious side projects, hackathons, strong companies, or similar signals.

Nice to Have
