Product Engineer

• →Integrate with property management systems and other messy real-world APIs
• →Streamline customer acquisition through productized, self-serve workflows
• →Take on forward-deployed engineering work and special engagements with high-value customers
• →Diagnose and fix urgent bugs and workflow issues quickly when customers are blocked
• →Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to your manager and teammates
• →Collaborate across product, customer success, sales, and operations to drive outcomes

Tech stack: TypeScript, React, SQL, REST APIs

• 2–6 years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack ability across a TypeScript/React front end and a backend (APIs and data models) — this is a genuinely full-stack role, not front-end or infra-only
• Startup experience shipping customer-facing product features end to end (as opposed to platform or infrastructure work); background in an impact vertical or B2B SaaS (healthcare, govtech, fintech, proptech, etc.) is a plus
• Direct experience working with customers or embedded in a customer-facing product team
• Frames past work in terms of the customer outcomes delivered, rather than the tools or architecture used
• Able to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week

• Experience wiring up external APIs or wrangling messy, unreliable integration systems
• A CS degree or an equivalent hands-on engineering background
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Copilot

• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Work policy: On-site, 5 days a week
• Compensation: $175K–$225K + equity
