Bolster is seeking a motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to grow our small and midsize business customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can clearly communicate the value of cybersecurity solutions, and is comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities.

Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas or provide employment-based immigration support for this position now or in the future.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, from initial outreach through contract execution.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and partner opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customers’ security, fraud, and brand protection needs.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate Bolster’s business value.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in security, IT, fraud, and business leadership.
Respond to customer questions, address objections, and guide prospects through the purchasing process.
Share market and customer feedback to help improve Bolster’s products and sales strategy.

4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.

Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing SMB customers.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
