Customer Operations Administrator

Responsibilities • Maintain internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. • Support the onboarding process, including management of account exceptions (e.g. children’s accounts). • Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required. • Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes. • Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks. • Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time. Requirements • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. • Initiative and a strong work ethic. • Ability to manage processes within regulatory frameworks. • Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations (preferred). • Alignment with Kernel’s values.
