The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Business to business sales presentations with industrial and commercial businesses using a consultative sales approach
- →Analyze each customer's door problems; meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of doors and door building related products
- →Promptly follow up to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary
- →Be responsible for achieving sales objectives
- →Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
Pay is base + commission. Base pay begins at $65,000+, depending on experience and qualifications
