Sales Coordinator

• →Support the sales team with advanced sales order processing, billing, and administrative tasks
• →Process purchasing lines, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing
• →Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale
• →Assist with contract processing and other sales-related documentation
• →Generate departmental reports and utilize company software systems
• →Help assess and resolve customer-related questions and issues
• →Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Billing experience preferred
• AR/AP experience is a plus
• Ability to work overtime when needed
