About the role:

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead the design, documentation, and implementation of complex building automation and control systems for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. You’ll serve as both a technical authority and mentor, ensuring that Divcon’s automation solutions are designed with precision, scalability, and performance in mind. This role bridges electrical design, control logic development, and project leadership — ensuring every system meets customer expectations, industry standards, and energy efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

→Experience with PLC/HMI programming or troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, etc.).
→Field or commissioning exposure — FAT/SAT testing, control panel fabrication, or on-site startup.
→Prior leadership of small design teams or project-level ownership of BAS packages.
→Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, or similar tools for electrical analysis.
→P.E. or E.I.T. license preferred but not required.
