Job title – Sales Director FFE SEA Location – Singapore As Sales Director of Fine Fragrance Southeast Asia at Perfumery & Beauty, you lead FFE SEA commercial strategy to drive growth across markets in the region while ensuring our Fine Fragrance expertise and innovation translate into business success. You will work closely with the FFE Asia PLU leader to strengthen the commercial team, expand footprint in the region, shape go-to-market strategies, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Market Leadership: Lead FFE business across SEA region, driving growth, strengthening market presence, and aligning with global priorities. * Financial Management: Pricing, cost, test planning, budgeting, with ownership of P&L and focus on revenue growth and margin management. * Strategic Growth: Long-term plans aligned to global objectives, including market expansion and go-to-market execution. * Revenue & Profit Delivery: Drive sales and profitability targets across SEA through effective pipeline and account management. * Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitors to support strategic decision-making. * Client & Partner Engagement: Build strong client relationships and lead engagements to grow and sustain business opportunities. You bring * Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of driving sales growth. * Financial acumen—comfortable managing P&L; pricing, and margins to deliver sustainable profitability. * Strategic mindset with the ability to translate consumer and market insights into winning business opportunities. * Collaboration & influence skills to partner effectively across functions and build trusted client relationships. * Agility & adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and navigate shifting priorities. * Strong communication skills, ideally with fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
