• →Leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines
• →Using appropriate project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall
• →Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
• →Tracking, prioritising and resolving risks and issues, advising leadership and stakeholders on options and decisions
• →Supporting critical project activities including workshops, governance and communications
• →Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
• →Providing regular communication and reporting to leadership on project status
• →Working across departments to ensure transformation initiatives are aligned and integrated
• →Managing stakeholder expectations and helping to mitigate resistance to change
• →Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives
• →Preparing and presenting clear reports on project progress, challenges and outcomes
• →Using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement

• Strong project management capability, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception through to implementation
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to select an appropriate approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across an organisation
• Confident communication and reporting skills, including the ability to provide leadership with clear updates on project progress, risks, challenges and outcomes
• The ability to identify, prioritise and resolve project risks and issues and support effective decision-making
• A data-led approach, with the ability to establish meaningful metrics and KPIs and use insight to drive continuous improvement
