  • Strategic Ownership: Own the multi-year product roadmap for the SAP Sales, Pricing, and Billing functional areas.
  • Business Alignment: Partner directly with the BPO Lead for Sales/O2C to translate business goals, such as faster billing cycles and automated rate sheets, into actionable digital product strategies.
  • Transformational Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage SAP AI for predictive pricing, contract anomaly detection, and automated service entry sheet (SES) approvals.
  • Workflow Digitization: Map complex physical construction workflows to digital SAP workflows, ensuring the system elegantly handles unit-price contracts, milestone billing, time-and-materials (T&M), and retention tracking.
  • User Experience (UX) Authority: Act as an authority on the UX for sales and billing personnel by advocating for simplified interfaces that reduce friction and manual data entry.
  • Architectural Integrity: Collaborate with SAP Architects to ensure all proposed sales solutions adhere to the enterprise "Clean Core" strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as a leader for the Sales/O2C technical team by writing clear, business-value-driven Epics and User Stories.
  • Relentless Prioritization: Working with the Sales/O2C BPO, ruthlessly prioritize the development backlog based on ROI, focusing heavily on features that directly accelerate cash flow or reduce revenue leakage.
  • Development Orchestration: Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure SAP developers understand the exact business intent behind every line of code.
  • Change Management: Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to ensure new sales and billing features are fully embraced by the field and back-office teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prove that released features actually move the needle on business velocity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5-8+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional areas.

  • Proven experience leading Agile development teams (Scrum or SAFe) and managing a product backlog.

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP Fiori user experience principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical product strategies.
