Management Specialist

• Reporting To: Director of Operations – Lancaster Location
• Years of Experience [Requirement] : +4 years in operations, management , logistics
• Qualifications : Bachelor's Business Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong written and spoken American English
• Proven experience in a transport managerial role is highly desirable
• Experience working with U.S. clients and team members
• Well versed with marketing and AI platforms for operational and marketing strategies

• → Report to Director of Operations – Lancaster Location ; the team member established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• →Coordinate driver and vehicle dispatching, ensuring schedules run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly
• →Support day-to-day location specific operations across sales, ops, and maintenance functions.
• →Manage email and written communications with drivers, customers, and internal Teams.
• →Track and help coordinate vehicle maintenance needs and follow-ups
• →Assist with reporting and data entry using company systems 
• →Act as a dependable second set of hands to the location associate, picking up new responsibilities as the location grows
• →Identify and coordinate marketing and online advertising opportunities 

• Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup.
• Availability over call during US (Eastern Time) working hours at all time and excellent internet connectivity (preferred connection would be between (60 MBPS - 100 MBPS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate dispatch software and GPS tracking systems. Proficient in tracking and scheduling software is a plus
• Competence in operating advanced software and platforms relevant the role
• Working knowledge of marketing and AI tools to support operational and marketing strategies
• Ability to work responsibly and reporting in an orderly manner since work is completely remotely oriented
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring smooth transportation schedules, and proactively resolving issues to enhance service quality

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in spoken American English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess situations quickly, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
• Quick learner, able to adopt new tools, systems, and processes with minimal supervision

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
