• →Prepare high-quality pizza dough following established recipes and fermentation practices
• →Execute daily prep work (mixing, measuring, chopping, assembling ingredients)
• →Monitor dough texture, fermentation timing, and consistency
• →Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area
• →Properly store, label, and rotate inventory
• →Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

• Previous kitchen experience (pizza or bakery background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dough-making techniques
• Ability to follow recipes with precision
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours
• Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
