Job Title: AZ Driver – Night Shift
Location: Windsor, ON (Route to Brampton)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: Night Shift (Start time between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM)
Hours: 10–12 hours per shift
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Driver for a night shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting freight between Windsor and Brampton while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience
• Valid Class AZ Driver's Licence
• Clean Driver Abstract and CVOR Abstract
• Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks
• Strong knowledge of MTO regulations and safety standards
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs when required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Responsibilities:
• Drive scheduled routes between Windsor and Brampton
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logbooks and trip records
• Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Transportation regulations
• Submit required paperwork and documentation
• Load and unload freight as required
• Safely handle products and materials up to 50 lbs
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns
Qualifications:
• Strong safety record and driving habits
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Comfortable working 10–12-hour shifts
