Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective customersRun discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and challengesIdentify high-potential opportunities and route them to the sales teamBuild relationships with surveyors, engineers, contractors and operatorsCoordinate product demonstrations with technical specialistsAssist with proposals and pricing discussionsTrack opportunities and ensure next steps happen quicklyMaintain accurate opportunity tracking in HubSpotEnsure pipeline data and activity records are up to dateSupport pipeline reporting and forecasting visibility
Develop strong knowledge of LiDAR mapping and autonomous robotics technologyConfidently qualify opportunities and identify high-potential customersMaintain reliable pipeline visibility and CRM disciplineContribute to generating new opportunities and winning deals
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development or a customer-facing B2B roleStrong organisation skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationCuriosity about technology and how customers use itAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentExperience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly valuedValued Experience
Exposure to surveying, geospatial technology, robotics, drones or LiDAR systemsExperience working with mining, infrastructure, construction or engineering organisations
