- →Curate and recommend pairings aligned with Chef Ford’s culinary direction
- →Maintain product knowledge including spirits, wine, and luxury beverages
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–3+ years in craft cocktail or fine-dining bar leadership
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
- Passion for creativity, precision, and hospitality
