  • →Curate and recommend pairings aligned with Chef Ford’s culinary direction
  • →Maintain product knowledge including spirits, wine, and luxury beverages

 

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in craft cocktail or fine-dining bar leadership
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology
  • Passion for creativity, precision, and hospitality
