Learn and apply knowledge of mortgage fundamentals and sales skills real time, with focus on the following areas:

• →Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts. 
• →Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities. 
• →Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance.
• →Support training efforts by providing accounts with information on systems, policies, procedures, and products. 
• →Respond to account inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed. 
• →Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication. 
• →Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships. 
• →Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 
• 1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). 
• Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach. 
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to seek guidance when needed. 
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
