Epoxy Floor Install Crew Member

As an Install Crew Member, you will play a vital role in our team, responsible for executing the installation of concrete coatings according to company standards. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of work areas by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces as required for coating application. Participate in the installation of concrete coatings using various techniques and equipment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Support the team in maintaining tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements Previous experience in construction, concrete finishing, or related field preferred. Basic understanding of concrete coatings, surface preparation, and installation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the industry.
