About the Role

Champion a "Safety First" culture by modeling safe practices and promoting safety awareness across all project teams.
Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of customer orders.
Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; make effective decisions when presented with competing priorities or unforeseen challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, customers, and stakeholders to ensure all actions remain aligned with project goals.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestone updates to leadership and executives to validate alignment with company objectives.
Adjust project plans, resources, and timelines proactively as customer requirements or business conditions evolve.
Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, tools, and processes to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, power distribution, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
Understanding of basic power distribution systems and electrical manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and executive-level reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing environments.

Requirements

Primarily office-based adjoining an active manufacturing facility.
Occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and moving mechanical parts.
Low to moderate noise level work environment.
Regular use of standard office equipment.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when visiting the production floor (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots).
Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions.
Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.
Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents.
