ICT Solutions Senior Analyst.Customer and Partner Management

To lead a group of qualified technical resources as well as being responsible for delivering and owning the development components of any solutions in the ICT department for Etisalat’s internal or External customers

 Develop code that follows the latest best practices and the development guidelines.  Ensure that all submitted code has under-go unit testing.  Ensure the execution of all the tests are done as per the agreed process.  Ensure the proper build of the releases for each application deployment.  Ensure the proper release and handover documents are prepared and submitted to the support team.  Developing technical and end user documentation as per the agreed process.  Document the solution architecture and ensure that the detailed design of the solution is available for all the projects.  Enforce the use of source control. Produce all the artefacts based on the agreed process.  Reporting and on-time escalation of project issues, risk envisioned and issues between team members.  Managing vendors that are working with Etisalat as consortium in any of the ICT External projects

- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology - Knowledge in developing and Building applications and/or models using main programming languages (Java, .NET, Angular, node ..etc.) for backend and front end development. - Plans, develops, tests, and documents complex applications programs. - Generates new code and corrects, converts, and/or modifies existing code to meet specifications. - Prepares detailed specifications from which code will be written. - Requirements gathering from end-users to analyse specified methods and procedures, identify problems, and document specific requirements. - Leads staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation - Handling external vendors - Excellent command of English language (Reading, Writing & Oral).

- Interpersonal skills (Negotiation, communications, etc.) - Solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions. - Supervise team of developers and mentor them technically - Delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities. Ability of problem solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.

- 6+ years of Experience, delivering IT solutions and software development. - Strong object-oriented design skills - Java development experience in any of the following (J2SE, J2EE, Web Services) - Application server knowledge - Good UNIX skills - Web based and/or service tier and/or backend development experience - Strong relational database management skills is a plus and experience in SQL/PLSQL - Telecom Experience is preferred
