We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition to build and scale EvenUp’s recruiting engine across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll shape how we attract, assess, and hire world-class technical talent, partnering closely with leadership to build one of the strongest teams in the industry.

Lead hiring strategy to build a world-class technical team.

Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing Talent team.

Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle (strategy, sourcing, assessment, closing).

Use data to drive results across key metrics: hiring goals, funnel conversion, time to hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to design rigorous, high-signal assessments.

Build innovative sourcing strategies and a compelling technical talent brand.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Eng, AI/ML, Finance, and People teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Enable hiring managers with tools, training, and best practices.
