We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and obtain project status updates.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
