  • Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results
  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates
  • Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs
  • Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance
  • Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  •  Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership

  • Ability to learn and exercise financial acumen 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
