• →Set up, stock, and maintain your workstation throughout the shift
• →Prepare food items according to recipe and quality standards; work grill, fryer, prep, or sandwich stations as needed
• →Ensure accuracy, portion control, and presentation for every menu item
• →Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• →Process deliveries; label, date, stock, and rotate products using FIFO procedures
• →Clean food-preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, machinery, and related equipment
• →Monitor fryer oil quality and levels and replace oil as needed
• →Communicate clearly with your team and jump in where needed

• Must pass TSA/SFO background check for airport badging
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Open availability - early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• 1+ year of line cook or food prep experience in a fast-paced environment (airport or quick-service restaurant preferred)
• Punctual, dependable, team-oriented, and able to multitask during rushes
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to read and follow instructions, short correspondence, and company policies
• Strong organizational skills
• Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

This position is represented by UNITE HERE Local 2 under the SFO airport Collective Bargaining Agreement. Union membership is

required. Wages, benefits, commuter benefits, scheduling, and workplace protections are governed by the agreement.
