The Service Rep LTC performs routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This includes accurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence to DOT/FDA/OSHA/Lincare safety standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Makes oxygen deliveries (concentrator) and equipment checks on a daily route as determined by customer base and Lincare routing system
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment both in the facility and at the center
- Responsible for equipment maintenance per schedule recommended by the manufacturer
Maintains company vehicle in clean and orderly manner
- Makes daily inspections and completes proper paperwork
- Maintains established preventative maintenance schedule
Follows FDA guidelines pertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing
Follows Lincare policies as indicated in the operations manual and training manuals, including those found in the Safety & Regulatory manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (includes adherence to the Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy), FDA, and Emergency Planning
May serve as a backup for other employees

Education

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Must be 21 years of age

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, Required
