As a Senior Key Account Manager at Famly, you will operate at the highest level of strategic account ownership. You will take the lead on our largest and most complex partnerships, as well as mentor and support the development of other KAMs.

Leading high-impact Business Reviews that set direction, unlock growth, and drive retention.
Having a clear, measurable impact on the performance and development of your peers and the wider team.
Turning challenges into opportunities that strengthen customer happiness.
Thinking in systems, not just tasks, with a vision-driven approach.
Satisfying customers who see you as a long-term partner.
Top-tier account growth and retention metrics across your portfolio (e.g., Net Revenue Retention and strategic account expansion rate).
Your influence on process, tooling, or strategy that significantly enhances team effectiveness.
Forecasts and reporting that leadership trusts and acts on.
Your contributions to building, refining, and scaling key account processes, tooling, and best practices.
