Job Title: Sales Manager

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead a tight-knit sales team of up to two representatives. You will balance your own active sales pipeline with mentoring your small team, focusing on delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Do

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, actively driving your own revenue.
Direct, train, and support a small team (1-2 sales representatives maximum) to help them achieve their targets.
Work directly with clients to assess their visual needs, utilizing Adobe Illustrator to review, adjust, or mock up design files.
Develop effective sales strategies to grow our customer base and maximize your uncapped commission potential.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals (Required).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to handle design files and client proofs (Required).
Previous sales or operational experience within the signage industry (Highly Preferred).
Capable leadership skills suited for a small, focused environment.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Compensation

Base Salary: $41,600 per year
Commission: Uncapped. Your earning potential is driven entirely by your own sales performance and your team's success.
